  2. Making an order means the acceptance by the Contracting Authority provisions of these Regulations and the conditions of supply and payment.

  3. All prices listed in our online store are gross prices and include VAT, unless otherwise noted.
  4. Properly submitted order is confirmed by using an automatic message sent by e-mail client.
  5. In the case of product available on store, order will be completed within 3 working days after confirmation of order.
  6. In the case of depletion of stocks of the product in a warehouse store client will be informed of that fact within two working days. In this situation Client can dispense with the purchase of selected product or agree to a longer period of implementation.
  7. Because of the licence, exclusivity and patent protection not all products from Hanipol`s offer are available in every country. If you need any more information please contact us at: info@hanipol.com. Every product which is sold abroad must be confirmed with the Hanipol company.
  8. The Hanipol company does not take any responsibility for products which are sold abroad because of the rules valid in any other country than Poland. The customer takes responsibility for charges and recognizances which are in force in the country where products are sold. Every customer has responsibility to check if product is admissible to sale in his country because of the law and sanitary arrangements. Every customer takes responsibility for doing shopping in the Hanipol company.
  9. At the request of the client we issue a VAT invoice.
  10. The purchased goods can be dispensed within 10 days from the date of receipt of the consignment, in accordance with the Law of 2.03.2000r. for the protection of certain rights of consumers. We guarantee the return of the product. We do not return the cost of delivery. Accordingly, secured parcel should be returned to the following address: Hanipol FH. Szymanowski 9B, 41-219 Sosnowiec
  11. In order to ensure our customers a fast and safe delivery of ordered goods, the HAnipol company arrange for the courier service "7" company. If the wholesale order exceeds the amount of gross 250zł and the retail order 1000 zl transport costs will be paid by the Hanipol company.  This offer is for customers who are making orders in Poland. For foreign customers the price for delivery is being prepared individually. In the case of orders with lower values, transport costs will be paid by customer:
    COURIER:
    a) package to 10 kg– 12,95 zł+VAT = 15,80 zł gross
    b) package to 20 kg – 13,95 zł+VAT = 17,02 zł gross
    c) package to 30 kg – 14,95 zł+VAT = 18,24 zł gross
    surcharges: cash on delivery +  6,00 zł.+VAT = 7,32 zł gross

    POST OFFICE:
    a) package to 1 kg – 8,00 zł gross, cash on delivery package 12,00 zł gross
    b) package to 2 kg – 9,50 zł gross, cash on delivery package 13,50 zł gross
    c) package to 5 kg – 11,50 zł gross, cash on delivery package 15,00 zł gross

  13. Hanipol company is committed to the protection of personal data in accordance with the Law of 29.08.1997r. "The protection of personal data." According to this law our customers have the right to inspect their data to correct them and make a request to refrain from their use for purposes related to the implementation of the contract.
