Answers to frequently asked questions 

  1. I will make an order and pay. How can I be sure that I receive what I have ordered?
    Hanipol company has been working in the industry since 1990. Experience which we have allows us meet the most demanding customers' tastes. However, if the product does not meet your expectations, there is a possibility of returning a smooth transition of product purchased within 10 days from the date of purchase. The return takes place at the expense of the buyer.

  2. How long will take delivery?
    Hanipol company makes every effort to ensure that the order was filed as soon as possible provided. Preparing the order in store will take up to 3 working days (however, we can say it will take about 1 working day). Time of delivery by a courier will take 1-2 days). Courier company receives orders from us every day at 2pm, so that if the order has been filed and paid in the morning, it is quite likely that you will receive your products in the next day.

  3. What is the cost of delivery?
    If the wholesale order exceeds the amount of gross 250zł and the retail order 1000 zl transport costs will be paid by the Hanipol company.  This offer is for customers who are making orders in Poland. For foreign customers the price for delivery is being prepared individually. The customer can choose the type of the transport. The current prices and the cost of delivery you will always find in the Rules.

    In the case of big parcels Hanipol company will deliver you all goods. We have our car with the total of cbm up to 14m3. The total value of those orders is over 800,00 zl gross, so the Hanipol company will pay for transport.

  4. I need a VAT invoice, whether it is possible?
    Hanipol company is taxpayer with registered VAT number 644-051-10-67 and at the request of the client we issue a VAT invoice
  5. How can I pay?
    This portal allows paying for products using

    · cash on delivery

  6. How is the consignment packed?
    Every item is packed very carefully in cardboard, wrapping film, foamed polystyrene that nothing can be damaged during transport.

  7. How can I complain a damaged product?
    The retailer has a duty to check the parcel up to 3 days from the date of receipt. In terms of mechanical defects it is necessary to fill in the form. In this case customer shouldn`t take the parcel from the courier. Other damage are subject to a guarancy terms. Hanipol will send you this products once again.

  8. Is it possible to receive the parcel on my own?
    Yes, it is after an earlier information. You can receive your products on Saturdays from 8am to 12pm on below addresses:

  9. Is there any possibility of receiving a discount? 
    Hanipol is flexible and will surely adjust their capability to meet the needs of the customer. On an ongoing basis and analyzes customer purchases an appropriate time, propose a favourable discount
  10. Is the ordered product available in stock?  
    Depending on the powers granted to the customer at each product is a description of whether the product is available or not, or are given accurate stocks at warehouses in Sosnowiec, Warsaw and the quantity what is in the process of production.
